Long-Pause [Picked Up Project-Again] Everything That Converges Must Rise

This web history "domain", PHP CABOOSE was started as a potential translation of a "simple" general-purpose controller framework called CABOOSE or Controller Application Bundles for Object-Oriented Software Engineering. Its original development outlined in a web history spans a few months. We have had a number of irons in the fire. Currently, we have merged our efforts of creating a "multilingual" index for fundamental software structures, called a Code Rosetta Stone, and the CABOOSE project. In this polyglot development project, we develop a CABOOSE-like controller in fourteen languages:  C, C# [.NET], C++, Clojure, Go, Groovy, JAVA, Node JS, PERL, PHP, Python, Ruby, Rust, and TypeScript. Sounds like a major undertaking. It is not. A "well-prepared" sophomore college student or "gifted" high school pupil could do the same given a "well-written" specification and "limited" supervision.
